EX-CH-AN-GE was a collaborative show of 32 painted works featuring Terry Rathje, Jeff Tady, Heidi Hernandez, and Steve Banks. Each artists started a total of eight paintings. Then, they gave two of those pieces to each artist to finish (keeping two of their original works to complete from start to finish). In turn, they received two paintings from each artist to complete. The show explores that creative area that an image-maker can only reach with the insights of another artist.

The second batch of images comes from PLAY -a quasi collaborative group show/installation. PLAY featured the creative energies of Susan Czechowski (Artist/Professor at Western Illinois University), Jillian Moore (Artist), Monica Correia (Artist/Professor at University of Iowa), Terry Rathje (Artist/Professor at Western Illinois University), and Steve Banks (Artist).
