I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Art
I have been working as a graphic designer (by day) for local sign companies for the past 20 years. I currently work for Lange Sign Group as a graphic designer part time. I recieved two Addy Awards of Excellence in 2007 for “Dubuque Technology Park” and “Kunkel, Bounds and Associates” designs.
I started SRF Creative Studio in 2001 freelancing graphic design projects and selling fine art.
I have participated in several shows, and have been featured in local galleries in Dubuque, IA and Platteville, WI over the past 8 years.
Recently my mosaic beadwork piece “La Luna” was choosen for the Biannual Dubuque Museum of Art exhibit and I won a “Best of Show” in Rountree Gallery Platteville, WI for my mosaic beadwork piece “His Tears”
I am currently working on a website, as well as a facebook page.
